Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items for a full refund to your original form of payment, an exchange, or a merchandise credit.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with the original tags attached and packaging included.

How to Return
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center at boatshoeco.com. You will need your order number and email address to begin the process. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of creating your return request.

Please pack the item(s) securely in the original or a similar shipping box. We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit without a tracking number.

Return Processing
Please allow 7-10 business days from when we receive your return for it to be processed. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges
For a different size or color of the same item, we recommend processing a return for a refund and placing a new order on our website for the fastest service.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund. Please note, normal signs of wear or damage that occurs after the product is worn are not considered a defect.

Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift Cards
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after purchase
