Shipping & Order Tracking

We want to get your new gear to you as quickly and easily as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping and order tracking processes.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If you need to make any changes to your order, including updating your shipping address or canceling an item, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the fulfillment process.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. The available methods and delivery times will be shown at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery after your order has shipped.
  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, expedited options such as 2-Day and Overnight shipping are available for an additional charge.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method and your delivery address. You can view the final shipping cost during checkout before you complete your purchase.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and to Puerto Rico. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

How to Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

You can also check the status of your order at any time by visiting the Order Status page on boatshoeco.com. Simply enter your email address and order number to see the latest updates.

If you have an account with us, you can view a complete history of your orders and their current status by logging into your account.

Delivery Issues

In most cases, your shipment will arrive smoothly and on time. However, if you experience any of the following issues, we recommend these steps:

  • Tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package: First, please check around your property, including porches, garages, and with neighbors. Carrier scans can occasionally be early. If the package does not arrive within 48 hours, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for more detailed location information.
  • Package is delayed in transit: Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather or carrier volume. Please use your tracking number to check for any updates or alerts from the carrier.
  • Package is being returned to sender: Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
